Their reputation is outstanding, they are powerful enough to handle 6 loaves of bread dough with out burning out, and just the fact that I can make 6 loaves at a time. The Bosch is a mixer that enables you to knead bread dough and only rise it once. It really cuts down on the time I spend in the kitchen. I go from the Bosch stright into my bread pans fo rit to rise. I hope this helps, there is a ton of information out there. Blessings to you, TamiTamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08143703637899348817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5773840108725992135.post-53053805294731146312007-10-19T08:30:00.000-07:002007-10-19T08:30:00.000-07:00Tami, Thank you for the information. (I mean, I've heard that many women swear by it for bread-making, but have never known why...) Is it just a bread machine? Is the perk that you can do so many loaves at once using it? I should do more research on this, I guess....
But I think I'll be doing this someday... :)

Thank you so much!
~StacyStacyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13485518521402606014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5773840108725992135.post-31560752836203863942007-10-17T15:07:00.000-07:002007-10-17T15:07:00.000-07:00Thank you for the nice comments ladies :~)Stacy, l...Thank you for the nice comments ladies :~)

Stacy, let's see...
I bake 6 loaves in one sitting (or standing LOL). I use a Bosch Universal. I buy my flour already milled, but a grain mill is next on my list. I use the same recipe each week for our basic sandwich bread. If I want dinner bread then I do a separate batch.
I really do love baking bread. The recipe I use is from Crystal at The Family Homestead. There is a link to her website on my right side-bar.
Have a great day ladies, TamiTamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08143703637899348817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5773840108725992135.post-18230325935946880522007-10-17T14:41:00.000-07:002007-10-17T14:41:00.000-07:00Oh- I love it. Can I ask for more details...?
How many loaves per week do you make?
Do you buy the flour or mill your own (is that even the proper term?)
Do you make the same kind each time or variate between a few recipes?
Okay... I think that's all for now.
Thanks for sharing! It looks scrumptious!
And there's nothing quite cozier than that smell of fresh bread. :)
~StacyStacyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13485518521402606014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5773840108725992135.post-37254597332888233032007-10-17T06:11:00.000-07:002007-10-17T06:11:00.000-07:00Hello sweet Tami,Blessings on you as you nourish y...Hello sweet Tami,
Blessings on you as you nourish your family....I love the picture of your son in the leaves!
