We did some pumpkin carving here yesterday! What fun.
According to my little kiddos the best part was picking the pumpkin seeds out of the goo.:~)
We had a great time, and afterwards enjoyed roasted pumpkin seeds and fresh lemonade for snack.

We didn't get this done this year. I think the thing I missed most was the pumpkin seeds. I'll have to bake a pie using real pumpkin to have an excuse for the seeds. :)
